Hi all.

My NEW NOVEL is called (drum roll)

"She Wiped It On the Wall"

Synopsis:

It's the story of a young sexy black American girl from Virginia.....who becomes an INTERNATIONAL motion picture star.

Appearing in films like "IT" and a remake of "Mahogany" and "The Pam Grier Story".

BUT....

....can you guess the name of this dazzling lead character?

IF YOU CAN----you get $100.

IN FACT....if you can name any one of the 10 main characters in the book.....you get $25.

I've sent Troy Johnson, the owner of this site, the names of the 10 main characters from the book.

SO...let the guessing begin!!!!!

ALSO NOTE:

This book is a "Hollywood" novel....my attempt at writing a POP Fiction-ish good trashy potboiler dealing with Black Superstars in the Entertainment business, although...I just can't help it...the book is still literary.

I didn't enjoy "BLING" or "GOTHAM DIARIES", so I wanted to see if I could improve on the ideas behind those books and make a big hit.

Kola,

CONGRATS to you for completing your novel! You title "She Wiped It On the Wall" is an eyegrabber to say the least. No doubt it'll be great success.

And it sounds like you've written the kind of book that has Hollywood option potential.

My guess is you named your lead character "Diana", after your childhood musical heroine Diana Ross.

LOL

Nope, my King. Not Diana.

But please keep guessing. You can try to name any one of the 10 characters.

NOW...in YOUR CASE, ABM,

WE KNOW you aren't about to give old Kola an address where she can send you the cash should you win. So that makes it even funnier.

And I have NOT completed the book----what I've done is written 120 pages and then condensed it down.....all to fit as the first chapter.

Once I finish the first chapter, though, (and I always start with the ending in my head)---the novel is pretty easy to pump out. Especially since this is a COMMERCIAL Pot-boiler--my version of a Black Hollywood novel.

And ABM....it is SOOOOOOO smok'n.

I have two novels that will be for sale soon---"She Wiped It On the Wall" and "The Sexy Part of the Bible".

Derrick Bell has already promised to give me a blurb on "Sexy"....and I'm waiting to hear back from 2 other ICONS of literature who say they want to help me. It's very exciting!!

And just think---I still don't have an agent.

Hello Kola.

My guess knowing you is that you have at least one character named Nana. She is the heroine's grandmother. Am I right?

LMAO

really enjoying this.

HEY MAHOGANY....only 1 of your names is close and that's "Nelson".

SLOW POKE....none of your new list of names cuts it.

And by the way....people WIN even if they just get one part of the name. It doesn't have to be the character's whole name.
