I quit smoking 4 years ago and did it a very interesting way--by following the U.S. Health Department Program.

Kola, I'm laughing, too! Maybe I'm having residual reactions to my first spams and flames on my blog: For some reason, Joeporn thinks he/she/they will get traffic to his/her/their site by posting on mine--Well, I deleted those comments after determining what they are: My MOTHER reads my blog, thank you! (-: Then I got an interesting comment to one of my old Kwanzaa posts: Just this "Kwanzaa, what a crock." I left that one up. Hopefully this person will write back and provide more details about why they think Kwanzaa is BS; then we can have a conversation...
