Chris, I think that was done by "God's Property" and I think the title is "Over my head". Kirk Franklin had something to do with it. I never could get with that guy, somethin' wasn't right about him. |

Carey--I found it: http://www.hymnsite.com/fws/hymn.cgi?2148 The site that I went to had about two hundred Old Negro Spirituals but somehow omitted this one, that I found after some rough googlin' (I thought I could just ask an Old Negro, but apparently ain't none around here Old enough) Now me and you can get together for some whiskey drinkin' and you can render some of these songs to me in dat deep, boomin' bull like Paul Robeson Basso Profundo voice of yours! |
