has anyone picked up this book yet? i'm curious to see what Colin's fans think about this latest effort. i'm about mid-way through this collection of stories & i'm loving it. it's different than his last 2 novels (and novella), but different is not bad. he has hightened his prose a bit...meaning this offering is slightly more "literary" in tone, but he's still great with sensuality. for those in the NYC area he's doing some signings. i might need to hit up one of the bklyn ones...i'm curious to meet him. what's your take? |
