Klb wrote: Speaking of YGG novels. I went to the library today and Leaving Cecil Street Diane McKinney Whetstone and Harlem Redux- Persia Walker have the exact same picture on the cover. Does This prove they all are the same. Why even bother with an orginal jacket. --------- Tee Klb, I'm with you on this one, that is so very annoying. You would think that research would be done to ensure that a title doesn't already exist with the same cover. I know the same issue has come up quite recently with several books: A Woman's Worth, A Perfect Blend, and one of E. Lynn Harris' upcoming books. Luckily, those were caught before production. -Tee |

Hey All, I gots to chime in - I am reading Leaving Cecil Street for a review and I DO NOT like the cover. Her earlier works -- ie dust jackets were so much better - I understand Motley's importance but jeez louise -- I don't think it matches the storyline or time period. Peace |

All: Somebody is going to get to ride somebody else's coattails--or maybe somebody will unjustly get panned (folks thinking they are the same book) |
