Hello All, I finished reading Cry Me a River by Ernest Hill last night. The book is really off the hook! I started it last night at work and couldn't wait to get home to finish reading it yesterday. It had my attention off the bat since it involved an ex-con father trying to get his son off of death row for a murder he did not commit. The son was convicted and sentence, in Louisana, for the rape and murder of a 15 year old white girl. The father is in a race against time since he has mere days to find the murderer because his son's execution date has been set for 5 days away. The book was highly suspenseful, loaded with tension, and simply fascinating. I strongly recommend it. http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0758202768/aalbccom-20 |

Hello all, I agree with Thump on this one. I read it last year. It kept my attention through the very last page. That was my first time reading Ernest Hill. This brother can write. I look forward to reading his other works. |
