I am working in school with a HOST (Help Our Students Suceed) program where I've worked with a 4th grade black male student for 3 semesters. I'm trying to keep him interested in reading but I can't find any fiction with minority characters. Could someone suggest a site or author(s)? thanks

Hello Hostman, I got a name for you, Walter Dean Myers. Myers is the best. There's a few others, I'll get back with you. |
