Thanks Yvettep.

I have to be honest, the first time I paid any attention to this clown was when Troy posted a picture of the two of them chumming around. Also, I've never really noticed the slanted views of Fox News. Really, I just never paid it any attention. I've generally looked at all the news programs with a discerning eye. That's not to say that I don't believe some of more vicious than others. A dead man can see that (I was blind but now am found). Troy's buddy is on something. I don't really like looking at someone or a program with a cynical view ...why even give them any of my time. Nevertheless, this guy rubs me the wrong way.

Senoirsailer hung a post today that was news to me as well. It looks like we have another "person" that bares watching. See, the Republicans think everybody is a fool. But I have to admit they have balls. Here's the lick. It appears that just maybe... that just maybe they are preparing for the big comeback. Not that they think this new prick... I mean, this new pick of theirs is going to take them to the promised land -- oh no. They appear to be hedging their bet. If he brings more sheep into the fold, cool. But if everything comes tumbling down, they can say "the N***as did it". It's the old underplay for the overplay. It's that ol'slick type shit if you ain't looking for it.

Yes sir, there's some New Nig*** in town. But them MF'ERS (capitalized) oughta know, massa will run their black ass straight to the barn, if and when the shit gets funky. They'll be back pickin' cotton where all the "negros" should be.

Scuse me, I gotta go hit Troy with an e-mail and ask him about his buddy :-). I gotta ask him what's really goin' on. I ain't talking about no Marvin Gay type stuff either. Oh, that's oldschool but some of yawl know what I am talking about.

I saw the video. In fact, I saw Juan Williams on Bill O'Reillys show today (first time in two months -I got bored with it) and he was taking jabs at Obama. I was somewhat taken back because I had respect for Juan Williams dating back more than ten years. But as of late, he has increasingly taken on a strident conservative tone, often times mimicking the toxicity of someone like Laura Ingraham, Neal Boortz or Michael Reagan. In fact, O'Reilly defended and was more impartial towards Obama then Williams. I'm not using Obama as a litmus test for race loyalty because I don't believe in such things. But I have noticed Williams commentary towards the Obama's has been anything but supportive and positive. But this is America and he is entitled to his beliefs just as I am entitled to disagree with them......

Hello

Hey Ntsf, like I've said, I've never paid attention to this guy. Give a little background. Have you noticed a gradual change or is he just getting wider exposure and you might be seeing him in his real form? I wonder how much of this is camera play? I am having a hard time believing his position. I mean, take a position but don't slam the President with folly. In that interview he gave no supporting data to back his retoric.

It's something to be said if he trumped O'Reilly's spill.

”Hey Ntsf, like I've said, I've never paid attention to this guy. Give a little background. Have you noticed a gradual change or is he just getting wider exposure and you might be seeing him in his real form? I wonder how much of this is camera play?”

I recall him from hosting a program called the Black Forum when I lived in Japan. I believe it was a an East Coast broadcast program because I never saw it in So Cal. Armstrong Williams would take the conservative side, while James Brown, Juan Williams or Julian Bond would be the liberal pundit. They would discuss and debate current issues affecting black Americans. Juan was very sharp, witty and intelligent in his arguments. Armstrong Williams was….well….just as he is now. But the Juan Williams today, is not the same Juan Williams of 1997…..TRUST ME!

”I am having a hard time believing his position. I mean, take a position but don't slam the President with folly. In that interview he gave no supporting data to back his rhetoric.”

I agree. He seems to have been infected with the Rupert Murdoc FOX news virus. As I said, he has taken on a much more conservative strident tone that has increasingly been cynical towards Obama. Now, as I stated before, I don’t believe liking or supporting Obama is a litmus test for race loyalty. But his criticism seems petty and chicken shit. The same BS you hear from a pathetic right wing ideologue like Sean Hannity. As you stated, he has produced no credible or intelligent reasoning for his carping.

”It's something to be said if he trumped O'Reilly's spill.”

Uhhhhh…this is true. Even O’Reilly was not supportive of Williams silly digs about Obama and his wife Michelle

What seems to be emerging from the whole Obama phenomenon is that a lot of high-profile black men are starting to succumb to the old green-eyed monster. They are jealous of Barak, smugly convinced that they are as smart as he is, all the while taking secret delight in seeing him falter.

This affliction even crops up among certain black men who are not famous. Chrishayden for one. He even admitted that he was jealous of Barak, and this explains why he thinks our new president can do nothing right. And I'm sure Chris deludes himself into believing that he could do a better job than Obama. Laughable, I know.
