his love continues to escape me and i run wild with puffy eyes trying to get him to see my point my devotion my side my willingness to divide and conquer the will and the right to call him my man his love continues to escape me and i bend over forwards and backwards in the greatest attempt to secure his feelings to determine our love our life our hate which not to debate because for him i give devotion his love continues to escape me and get my net of any kind fish butterfly Cleopatra Jones to entice and invite him to see the opportunity my love can allow him the chance i am scared yet i am prepared because i dare to open the carcass of my heart to feel and of my lungs to breathe in deep the stench of him his love continues to escape and my God and my life determines if I can even extend myself without boundaries to bring me to reality not for some show not for some blow not for some attempt of some signs hidden below the surface but for the love of this man to stop hiding to stop disguising to start abiding and stop advising himself with the anecdotes that keep him away his love still continues to evade me yet invade me and i’m at odds with myself i’m at odds with the depth of this circle in which i continue to walk i balk at my own attempts to catch this love but i still try and i won’t lie i’m getting tired of this escaping love but i still want | ||
