Prop 8 is on the ballot in California which is asking voters to decide if gay marriage should be banned under the Cali constiution. Naturally there is hysteria and fear-mongering on both sides. My question is should the ban be passed, what happens to the thousands of gay couples who have been married this year? Also, what happens when gay couples travel to states that do not reognize gay marriage? Are they all of a sudden no longer wed? |
