They HAD to have the 700 billion immediately--but now we won't know whether there are any affects for months yet for the Greater Economy--and there are doubts whether or not it will EVER effect the Recession affecting the public.
I want to know, does it STINK enough yet?
Bush and his boys got them a slick little last payday is what happened.
And McCain AND Obama let it pass.
