I am so turned off by Republicans that I turn them off. Intead of watching their convention, I am listening to music and taking on the onerous endeavor of reading Stephen Carter's latest 500-pager, "Palace Council".
My revulsion for the GOP is reinforced by how representative they are of white America, which which is why their air-head presidential team will probably win. |

Agreed. I can't stomach the ”Country First” all white peoples convention either, although I did peek at it yesterday. I saw Karl Rove and Bill O'Reilly relentlessly stumping hard for McCain’s VP and spinning their asses off. Naturally, O'Reilly was pumping his "left-wing media smear merchants gone wild" mantra. And surprisingly, there are a number of Negroes who eagerly support and take great pride at being kitchen help and lawn jockeys for the GOP. I saw members of Century 21 (black Republicans) excoriating and railing against Obama on CSPAN a week or so ago. Rev. Jesse Lee Peterson (a virulent Negrophobe) hysterically ranted against Obama and said "because of Obama's anti-white racism, if he is to become POTUS, his racism would split the country and drive it into a virtual race war." His words - not mine. Go figure..... |
