(I did have a confrontation with a carful of Bloods not long ago--I was wearing all blue, but the Bloods who got my hood told me it was okay.
I guess they didn't get the memo!)

LOL you seem to love your city and I don't blame you for staying put. Chances are the thugs will be moved out to the suburbs soon enough with vouchers and pissing off the white folks out there; there was a good article in today's NYT about it.
