I have been on Condi's case since she joined the Bush administration. I continue to think she is at least arguably a war criminal for her support and futherance of some of that administrations policies.
From looking at some of her foreign policy gambits lately it seems quite likely that our standing in the world would be better if she had been running the foreign policy...
From jump. Now it's too late.
Bush is a lameduck and everywhere she goes they know she's out of there in 10 months.
She ought to stop making those trips to Afghanistan and Iraq. It ain't safe. She would be a big score if the mujahaddin could assasinate her--or a motivation for the U.S. to stay engaged if her security should "step aside"--kind of what appears to have happened to Bhutto in Pakistan.

Understood, but she is not a war criminal. Supporting the war does not make you a war criminal. You have to be actively participating or orchestrating mass murder and torture to be a war criminal. Carrying out the foreign policies of the president is the job of the SOS. She is not a military leader in a war zone or a conquered country, ordering and directing mass executions and imprisonments. I understand your belief that she is a member of a renegade administration that started a disastrous bogus war, but as I said, she has not ordered mass executions, torture, rape and a scorched earth policy. She doesn’t have the authority to do so.

Not likely. Bhutto never had the level of security that Rice has. You would be hard pressed to get to her. Trust me.

What would happen in a scenario where McClain chose Condi as his vice president, and Hillary chose Obama as hers? Which team would black voters, who dislike both of these women, vote for? A white man with a black woman as his mistress or a white woman with a black man as her stud. If Obama chose Hillary as his vice president to run against McCain and Condi then it would be a smack down between 2 women mud wrestlers. It would also be a case where the 2 most capable and experienced people would be relegated to the position of the vice-presidency.  |

(I know never to ask you for legal advice. Look up the Nuremberg hearings and see if people who put forth this arguement weren't hung or jailed for a very long time.
Additionally, starting an agressive war is a war crime and a violation of the UN Charter and the Geneva Convention.
When you take these jobs, Negroes, you better be thinking about the possible consequences. |

(Mike Bloomberg would run as an independent and win.
By the way this scenario has no chance of being enacted. The Clintons hate Obama and Condi is not stupid enough to run for an elected position where they would be airing all her dirty laundry. |
