AALBC.com hosted a table of 10 at this year's African American Literary Awards Show. We had a ball. I'm looking forward to seeing this event continue to grow and improve.
Left to right Clarence Reynolds (formally of BIBR), David Rivera (author), Renee Flagler (Author), Linda Duggins (Publicist), Troy Johnson, Ron Kavanaugh (This year's winner of the the award for best Literary Magazine: Mosaic Literary, John McGregor (Agent), Marie Brown (Agent).

The event was nice I had to bail early to catch a late flight. Normally I would "cover" the event but latesly I've been just trying to enjoy myself at these things.

Troy, is that right? I could swear she came on the board and mentioned one of her clients was nominated. Maybe my mind is slowing down  .
