Amazon Added Search Inside To My Book?

Posted on Wednesday, July 16, 2008 - 08:53 pm:        I checked on my book Fools' Heaven on Amazon and was surprised to discover that they had added the search inside feature. I did nothing to make this happen. I wonder if it is because they now print POD books that are purchashed through their sight through Booksurge. Posted on Wednesday, July 16, 2008 - 11:56 pm:        Last I heard, only the publisher can send in a book for the "Inside the Book" program at Amazon. So my guess would be iUniverse had something to do with it. When I was selling my self-published novel on the site, I sent in one copy of the book to Amazon for the program. A couple of weeks later, you could search inside the book. I guess it's almost equivalent to browsing books at the bookstore. Are you happy the feature was added for your book?
