I plan on starting an MFA program in Creative Writing soon. Having obtained my bachelor's on G.I. Bill money earned during serving in the military has gotten me spoiled. Since the G.I. Bill money has been spent, how can I get someone else to pay for (or at least pay for most of) my MFA? Any ideas on fellowships, grants, etc. would be greatly appreciated. |

You might be able to sign up with the military again and get them to do it. If you are not prone to do that, you might also look into that Teach for America thang. Or the Peace Corps. For grants--have you contacted the schools financial Aid department and seen what you might be eligible for? |

Thanks Chris. I'm looking into fellowships and grants. I done used up my G.I. Bill benefits. (Yup, I said "done.") Maybe I can rent out my forehead to some dot com. I wonder how much Golden Palace will give me. Hmmm... |
