Strebor Books/ATRIA/Simon and Schuster is seeking avid readers in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area to join “The Official Strebor Book Club.” Meetings will be held at the Strebor Event Pavilion located in Upper Marlboro, MD. A_woman, I have hosted many launch parties and no two have been alike but generally they follow the theme of the book. This one will be all about "Chocolate" and "Romance" so there will be all kinds of chocolate delicacies and the atmosphere will be flooded with sensuality such colorful lighting, decorations, etc. I will do a reading, a discussion about relationships and sex, introduce my authors and have them read if they like, possibly hook some people up on Valentine's Day dates and treat them to dinner at a nice restaurant. I tend to be very imprompty at events because I hate to be bored and I hate for anyone to leave one of mine disappointed-LOL
