Please forgive me if this has already been asked and answered. I went through old threads but I couldn't find anything. Where's Thumper? He hasn't posted in awhile (if he has I missed it as a lurker) and I wondered if he was still active on the board. Thanks.

Thumper is pretty much on hiatus, only stopping by from time to time to recommend some books or to comment on the state of black literature. I believe that he is in school, taking classes toward an advanced degree in the medical field. Maybe Troy or Linda can supply more specifics. |

That made me laugh. I jumped in with comments about Casanegra. That was a great review and I'd recently read the book. Feels good to be out of the shadows. |

You'd be surprised at the things that you don't know, chrishayden. What I said was what Thumper mentioned in one of his posts when giving an explanation for his being away so long. I am also assuming that you didn't see the recent picture Troy posted with both he and Thumper on it. |
