CASTING: “ZANE’S SEX CHRONICLES”, an exciting new erotic series for
Cinemax based on the books “The Sex Chronicles” by New York Times
bestselling author Zane. The 13-episode series will follow the lives of
five female friends as they explore love and sex in NYC. The series will
take place in an urban setting, full of eclectic people, places and
scenarios. Casting: 1 female series lead; 4 female series recurring
principals; 5 male series recurring; 30+ female and 30+ male episode
guest stars. Shot on location in LA and NYC. Series shoot dates: October
8-December 7, 2007. Nudity and R-rated soft simulated loves scenes
required. Non-Union. SIDES AVAILABLE ON BREAKDOWN SERVICES OR BY
REQUEST.
TALENT RATES: Series lead $3,500+10%/wk; Female series recurring
principals $2,400+10%/wk. Male series recurring leads $2,000+10%/wk;
Episode Guest Stars-females $600 +10%/day; males $500 +10%/day.

CASTING PROCESS BODY CHECK: Part of the casting process involves an
on-camera body check for evaluation purposes only. The reason for the
body check is because this in an erotic series with nudity. This body
check is seen only by the producers of the series and the executives in
charge of the production at the network. It is NEVER seen outside of
those two circles and is vaulted in the network offices. Females: the
body check is full nude. Males: the body check is in underwear with a
full nude shot of your backside. The body check is a non-negotiable part
of the audition process.
[ZANE/PATIENCE JAMES] SERIES LEAD is female African-American, early 30’s
and the V.P. of Marketing for Flava Cosmetics. She is conservative,
professional and cultured. At night, she becomes Zane, the Queen of
Erotic Fiction with fans in the tens of thousands via her web site
blogs. However, nobody around her knows that she is the phenom Zane.

[LYRIC SAMANIEGO] SERIES RECURRING PRINCIPAL is female any ethnicity,
late 20’s-early 30’s and a married OB/GYN. She and her husband share a
medical practice together. However, she is frustrated by her marriage
and is on a journey to turn her husband into the ultimate lover by
becoming the ultimate lover herself. FULL NUDITY AND SIMULATED LOVE

[HANNAH BENDENHALL] SERIES RECURRING PRINCIPAL is female any ethnicity,

[MASUMI KOBAYASHI] SERIES RECURRING PRINCIPAL is female (preferably
