Just curious, has any one read "Rise Of The Vulcans -The History of Bush's War Cabinet" by James Mann? I just got it yesterday. I know it has been out for a while but I heard some very good things about the book. Opinions anyone....?

I ain't read it, but its on my list of books to read, including the one that just came out about Rumsfeld.
