Drive bys, crack dealing on corners, gang bang beat down fests every night, $5-$10 skanky street walkers dominating most of the neighborhood pedestrian traffic (your favorite for early morning activity), metal detectors, drug dogs and armed security being the standard for the schools, pregnant 15 year olds as the norm, etc, etc… -yep, you're happy and at home with it all, no doubt. Back in 1967, when I first looked upon my hood, there was none of that. A woman could walk to the store unescorted. There were still lots of white residents. We could walk around the corner and buy anything we wanted, clothes, groceries, drugs, etc.
Now, of course in many ways it is a hellhole.
Enjoy for now all the niceties you have now.
For, you see, there is no money in you living in your hood until a nice, ripe old age. These banks, real estate people, and builders need you moving two or three times in your life time and assuming mortgages--
Dumb since you are going to die in old folks homes or on the street anyway.
So watch--as they pour drugs into your hood and Section 8 housing and the cops look the other way so the prostitutes and dealers can ply your trade for, as they have said to me, "If we run it out of here, it will just go to some NICE neighborhood"

Oh really? Hmmmmmm......Before it was a nice integrated neighborhood and everyone was safe, relatively crime free and the residents walked the streets without fear. Now your hood is swamped with R. Crumb Coon characters, street thugs, awash with street walking prostitute’s (a plus for you for your early morning research), menacing hooded saggy pants knuckleheads, crack heads and other anti-social vermin. But you're happy! It's Coon heaven for you Bro Chris. Isn't it currently the reality you crave while demonizing others (self loathing Negroes as you say) for not wanting the same? Just curious.....
