Nice post Ms. Yvettep. Nancy Wilson is a wonderful vocalist who is more than worthy for giving insightful commentary about many of our American music heroes. I was happy to see her discuss the recent passing of master drummer and political pugilist Max Roach. His passing was a serious blow to the music world. Check out those early Capitol recordings of Nancy Wilson. The woman was a fox! One of my all time favorites is her collaboration with Cannonball Adderley. Awesome recording.
