Actually the follow up looks pretty positive. The drummers have met with the parks department and are exploring options that will allow them to continue to play in the park without disrupting the community residents. Some of the alternatives include the amphitheater and the plateau (top of Mt Morris in the park). Both, I feel, are actually superior locations to the current one. It looks like reason will prevail. I do have to wonder about a guy who lives in Manhattan and wants quiet. Why you think people move out to Jersey, Long Island and Connecticut? |
