This was a momumental undertaking for a teen black female to make...not to mention ever-timely and perfectly executed...the "need" for such works in the so called "black community" constantly undervalued and under-supported.

BTW, the other nominated films can be viewed at the site, too. Wouldn't want you to think I am advocating voting for her "just because she's Black."  |
