Kola Boof had me to prepare this and post it. I wrote it, but she dictated 90% of what I wrote here. Over the years, Kola Boof has appeared on numerous radio interviews (all in all about 500 radio interviews) and she's always praised Troy Johnson and plugged his web site. She also did this on national television appearances, but her comments about AALBC were edited out. When she gave lectures at Universities in Washington D.C., at UCLA, in Detroit and San Diego, she praised Troy Johnson and his web site. In ALL of her published books, she stated that she loves Troy Johnson for helping black children read and for helping bring literature to the black community. She described Troy Johnson as a hero of the black community and she thanked him in quite a few of her books for promoting her career. In light of Ms. Boof's years long battle with Mzuri, Kola feels incredibly betrayed by Troy Johnson's constantly taking Mzuri's side against Kola. He berates and attacks Kola's "character" and her "acting out" but has not one single time called out Mzuri. This woman has written that Kola's little boys have AIDS, she posted photos of their father calling him "monkey" and yet Mr. Johnson doesn't expect Kola Boof to be upset or react to that. This is a thread that makes fun of Kola Boof quite viciously, Ms. Boof is nowhere in the thread and it makes fun of Ms. Boof's two children who I know to be very handsome, intelligent little black boys. Why would Ms. Boof not be very hurt by this attitude on Mr. Johnson's part--that it's the funniest thing he's ever read? Ms. Boof ONLY began attacking Mzuri's "mother", AFTER Mzuri kept envoking Kola's children and their father (who Mzuri called an "ugly monkey"}. Last year, Mzuri pretended to be "Kola Boof" by posting under her name and when Ms. Boof and when Ms. Boof emailed Mr. Johnson about 20 times over it, he said that he didn't have time to go and see what she was talking about. Mzuri has created many "trolls" on this board and attributed them to Kola Boof--people just take Mzuri's word and they believe her without question. They blame Kola for things that Ms. Boof has not even done. Troy Johnson claims he should make Mzuri the "historian"--but is Mr. Johnson aware that Jamaal Lewis appeared on the Adam Carolla show and claimed to have been dating Kola Boof? Furthermore, is Mr. Johnson aware that in Ms. Boof's interview with Kam Williams, she set the record straight by telling the truth that she has not been "romantic" with Jamaal Lewis and that even though she was interviewed on Tiki Barber's radio show and their "chemistry" set the airwaves ablaze according to listeners (Mr. Barber told Sports Illustrated that Kola Boof was his favorite interview of the entire year 2006), Ms. Boof "squashed rumors" by telling Kam Williams that she's never even met Tiki Barber. So where is your Historian's credibility, Mr. Johnson, and if Ms. Boof is such a larcenous liar, why didn't she take those two opportunities to get some publicity for herself? Jamaal Lewis left the door wide open by saying he was "doing" her---why didn't Kola milk that TROY JOHNSON? Is your wife, Troy Johnson, a "pretend wife"? The fact is, there is a very huge misunderstanding that has been allowed to get out of proportion by Mr. Johnson's assumption that Ms. Boof is the one starting all these board wars. He knows Kola can be very difficult and confrontational, so without reading the actual board, he just assumes that Kola is the "villain" whenever there is a problem, and he only reads Kola's retaliation against the people attacking her. He forgets how VICIOUSLY Thumper attacked Kola Boof---but blames Kola for SLAYING Thumper, as if she shouldn't slay a person who was attempting to keep her from posting on the board. Thumper went after Kola's jugular, attacking and BANNING HER over a 3 year period, and she cut his balls off. Thumper got what he asked for. Schakspir is one of the biggest liars on this board. He claims that Kola Boof's real name is Janet Milligan. NO--her real name is Naima Bint Harith. He claims that Kola Boof was "brainwashed" by the CIA (he reports this quite seriously). Door of Kush is a tiny California publishing house owned by Cornel Chesney and ran by Robert Wright. Those who listen to Stevie Wonder's radio station "KJLH" heard the actual on-air formation of the publishing company, as Mr. Chesney originally started the house to publish Ms. Boof's book "Long Train" that had been firebombed and forced out of print in Morocco. Several copies of the KJLH radio interview were sent to Troy Johnson, our company has consistently supported AALBC, yet Mr. Johnson thinks Schakspir's comments about our company are "hilarious". Schakspir has posted photos of "monkeys" and "racist depictions of black children" and stated that these are Kola Boof's two sons. Schakspir has said that Kola Boof is so ugly she looks like a man (which is upgraded from his earlier claims that she really is a man). *How many black women have noticed the sudden assertion that any black woman that speaks her mind is really a "man" or that all black women look like "men". This is everywhere lately as "black men's magazines" have recently written that Angela Bassett, Usher's fiance, Ciara, Naomi Campbell, Serena Williams, Patti LaBelle, Omorosa and Mary J. Blige "look like men" or as one magazine wrote of Naomi Campbell--"that tranny look". Why are none of the Manly-looking white women ever disrespected this way, Kola wants to know? Notice Troy Johnson comes behind him and says "good things" about Schakspir. He thinks Schakspir is funny. Is that not supposed to hurt Ms. Boof's feelings after Schakspir has called her children names, claimed that she's brainwashed by the government and claimed that she's so ugly she looks like a man? Why is Mr. Johnson so insensitive that he can't see how his favoritism towards Ms. Boof's enemys would deeply hurt her, especially after she's praised Troy Johnson for so many years? This is the reason that Ms. Boof is very angry with Troy Johnson, because he simply HAS NOT been fair and for the last year, at every turn, he has taken the side of Ms. Boof's attackers, he has allowed them to create "trolls" imitating her while she was on hiatus, ignored Ms. Boof's email complaints about those trolls, banned Ms. Boof's friend "Prettybabygirl" for doing what Kola told her to do and then months later banned Ms. Boof. Troy Johnson claims that Kola Boof acted like she's running the place a few days ago when she wrote that he would not ban her again. Well why would Ms. Boof expect to be banned again if she wasn't going to do anything to be banned? Kola even wrote---"I don't see myself cussing out Troy Johnson's ass, so I can tell you right now that I will not be banned." Ms. Boof did not expect to do anything to be banned (which she has not), therefore she stated that she would not be banned. Once again, in taking the side of Ms. Boof's haters, Troy Johnson started this thread, which implies all kinds of terrible things about Ms. Boof, simply because he twisted the meaning of what she said--even though she wrote it clearly. Notice he didn't see the vicious post by Urban_scribe attacking Ms. Boof as if she even knows Ms. Boof. She doesn't know Ms. Boof (or me for that matter, but she wrote a post saying that I'm not a real editor and Door of Kush is not a real publisher. I guess Mr. Johnson co-signs those LIES too.) Mr. Johnson casually ignores the fact that Ms. Boof's "NAME" is one of the few on this board that is an actual name and that she is a public figure, so when he starts a thread like this that is searchable on the internet--the intention is to hurt Ms. Boof as a person and as a professional. Ms. Boof has been a long time financial supporter of this web site ALONG with vigorously promoting it, so I can understand how she felt this thread was unfair and uncalled for. Not to mention, she did nothing to be banned. She stated that she would not be banned because she wasn't going to start any trouble for herself. Mr. Johnson took offense at that and twisted her words to his own meaning. Ms. Boof also feels very strongly that her recent decision and announcement that she will STOP promoting the idea that black women should only love black men exclusively is what angered some of the "men in power" around here, as she received very scornful feedback about her thread called "SOMETIMES CHANGE IS FORCED". These type of ideas and Ms. Boof's "honesty" and intelligence in writing about such touchy matters are really at the core of why people, particuarly black men, have such a problem with her she claims. In no way is Mr. Johnson one of those men (my assumption), but the fact remains that a lot of people here take Mzuri's side and portray Kola as the "evil one", because Mzuri represent in Kola's words: "The typical high yellow colorstruck status quo that they are used to--she doesn't tell the truth about Black men's illness and prejudices against their own women, she is not African like I am, so she doesn't even KNOW what a black man is or what he's supposed to be, she herself, like Cynique, isn't a real black woman, she's a white society "slave maker"--she supports the black man in his self-destruction and enables him to TAKE THE EASY WAY OUT rather than attempt, as I do, to plant a seed for a stronger black man by telling him the truth 'strategically'--truth that could help him to take his rightful place rather than be erased from the face of the earth, which is where the black man is headed. Though most of the blacks at AALBC hate me--I have given them nothing but tough love (because they needed it), given them the truth AS I KNEW IT and gave them the information and cheering-on that a motherseed should give. I am not a ni66er, and that has always been a language barrier in trying to chat with people who TALK a hundred times more than they achieve--and basically stand for nothing, which is why they fall for anything. I know that sounds painfully arrogant---BUT I AM SO SICK OF PEOPLE WHO DON'T KNOW WHAT "LOVE" IS. That when someone is willing to be hated just to impart truth and strength to you----THAT IS THE ULTIMATE LOVE. I could easily be their "darling" Yes-girl, but when people only tell you what you WANT to hear---that's not real love. So yes, I'm SICK of ni66ers who only want smoke blown up their ass and only want to "romanticize" their identity. There is nothing romantic about Blackness or Africa--our people are in hell, and that includes the U.S. In fact,I still say that the Africans are better off than the Black Americans, because at least the African is FREE in his soul. It's 2007 and the Black Americans are still "mental slaves" and who are TOO PROUD to acknowledge that I am them...before they was them. I have no education whatsoever and my life started in hell--but regardless of my naked ambition and WILLFULL self-promotion, I have become INTERNATIONALLY KNOWN for two dozen different reasons--and like it or not, I'm only going to get BIGGER. Why not accept me as your Sister???? So much of their hatred and stories about me---is just jealousy born from having SO MUCH PRIDE that they can't even embrace their own reflection. I am "damaged" and "crazy", and yet no one on that board is as strong as I am--NO ONE. So why am I not good enough to be their goddamned sister? They call a White B-i-t-ch their sister with a big smile." All that aside, the "reason" that Ms. Boof is not returning has little to do with Troy Johnson. The reasons are: #1--Kola Boof (and this may come as a shock to Mr. Johnson and most of you), but Kola Boof is a human being. She doesn't get joy being in a place where everyone despises her, constantly lie on her (Mzuri, Schakspir) and constantly like to voice their opinions but then resent Ms. Boof simply because she's often able to voice hers better. #2--Ms. Boof has stated here that she had liposuction last year and the doctor removed "too much" fat. (Why Kola chooses to share so much personal info with people in public I will never understand, but she claims to have thought people at AALBC were her "family" as she often told me) After that liposuction, Ms. Boof's body looks incredibly fabulous, but she became seriously ill from losing 22 pounds in one day and was on Hiatus most of last year as she only had strength enough to deal with her children. Some of you saw her national t.v. (MSNBC) and you could see how weak and drab she looked due to "Anemia". Ms. Boof was born already with the African disease "Sickle Cell Anemia" and the Greek blood disease "Polycythemia", both of which are harmless, but the weight loss caused her to get Iron Anemia and her breasts went to a double D which caused pain from their heaviness and not having a "middle waist" or a "back" to support the big breasts (*Ms. Boof is having me tell you all this, NOT ME). This zapped Ms. Boof's energy and makes her less willing to fight with people. Kola basically likes to swim, cook/play with her kids, write and make perfume, but she said because of loneliness she would come to the board and chat with people. She lives in a very isolated area and craves interaction with "adults", so she goes online, she says. Now, because she's becoming more and more famous, she can't do that, because reporters come to quote her or make her look bad. #3--Ms. Boof has endless battles with very real enemies (the SPLA, dealing with Darfur issues, the media's dislike of her image) and says that she simply doesn't have the strength to battle day in and day out with people who hate her at aalbc. She also feels incredibly hurt and betrayed by people here who only seem to recall what she does and never what is done to her. Speaking for myself, Nafisa Goma, I can say that a boat load of "LIES" are told on Ms. Boof on this board and this thread and no one (not even supposed friends like "Tonya") have acknowledged that fact. They make no comment on Ms. Boof's attackers, but seek to know something bad about Kola and are ready to believe any lie, any piece of dirt. From her perspective, it's betrayal. Kola Boof greatly LOVES the poster named "Abm". He knows things about Kola's journey that no one else here knows, because for a time years ago they were pen-pals away from the board. Ms. Boof quit smoking cigarettes several years ago and briefly drank alcohol and she says "Abm" helped her through some rough times--basically telling her to "stop being a crybaby and get her shit together". Ms. Boof stresses that her friendship with Abm has NEVER been sexual or romantic in any way other than their flirtatious banter on this board, nor has he ever done anything but praise and express adoration for his WIFE to Kola. Ms. Boof said she and Abm are "shit-talking sailor buddies", and the only reason she cries about leaving this board is that she will miss Abm and having the opportunity to converse with such an intelligent black man who shares Boof's passion for "black folks". Ms. Boof has an especially close relationship with the African-American man who adopted her, Marvin Johnson, and she feels that "Abm" reminds her of her dad. Just as she affectionately called Troy Johnson "brother", she also tells people that Abm is her "brother". That is because Kola loves black men and wants so much to have friendly relationships with black men. She is a damaged person from her childhood, but she has never hidden the fact that she wants black men's "approval" and their "acceptance" and that is stated BLATANTLY in all her works. I think that in their heart of hearts, most women of all races can identify with Kola's insecurities and her need to have non-sexual emotional bonds with men. The difference is that Kola publicly acts out and begs--she doesn't use her Pride to hide the fact that she's damaged. She asks men to heal her. She also calls it like she sees it with men. She is NOT a "man-hater", and I can testify that men who have known Kola, including my husband who she accused of being "colorstruck" for marrying me--LOVE KOLA. In fact, after my husband and I divorced and after Kola broke up with "Simon/Thomas", he asked me if it was OK for him to date Kola. I was stunned, but Kola told him she'd never date a friend's "ex" and I can honestly say that her loyalty is boundless. She's the most loyal person I know. Thank you for reading. Nafisa Goma | ||

I think what follows is apropos of the subject at hand. It escapes me why it's so difficult for kola's chief ass-licker to understand why others are offended by her lies, - offended to the point that they come forth to protest them. I guess it just never occcurs to this syncophant that her lies are the last straw in the things about kola that irritate. Let her be a diva, let her be a self-absorbed loose cannon, let her be a name-calling colorists, but her blatant lies are "the last straw" because they are an insult to the intelligence of reasonable people, some of whom step up, and fueled by outrage shout "ENOUGH." Trying to sanitize Kola Boof's travesties of the truth by attributing the exposure of them to jealousy and hate is the denial of a foolish deluded man, an accuser who has conveniently forgotten what kola explained in regard to the Door of Kush "publishing" company, informing that it was started especially for her by a couple of black business men who wanted to provide her with an outlet for her message. These backers subsequently asked if there were any other struggling black authors to whom they could give a leg up and Kola recommended Chris Hayden and Sisgal. Later Kola severed ties with these "generic" publishers because she was apparently dissatisfied with how they handled her book. Sisgal gave hints that she felt the same way. Chrishayden has never voiced any complaints. It suffices to say that ABM's rants should be taken with a grain of salt. His attempts to do damage control do more harm than good because his emotions warp his credibility. | ||

Just for the final record, after checking out some of these links Mzuri, posted, I am unequivocally denying that "Aurora" is an alternate ID of mine. Kola Boof suckered me into not denying that I once assumed the name "Aurora" because I couldn't remember what name I used when I posted once or twice on Kola's board a looong while back. But I definitely never posted on this board under any names other than Cynique, and Cynique's "cyber daughter", Pandora. Anything that this Aurora troll had to say in her appearances on this site, I could say myself so there was no need to take on another identity. To those of you who are sick of this nonsense, I am too, but I wanted to clear things up before we put this tiresome subject to rest and move on. | ||

Kola left for one reason and ONE reason only: She was definitively outed as a CIA mind control puppet on this website, and those facts have been closing in on her ever since. When she was first outed here (with photographs posted as proof) she "went into the hospital" where she was re-programmed. And there she was apparently ordered to begin a new "project" for the CIA, her cover having been blown for the time being. She will spring up again the next time the government needs to try to discredit some Arab or African leader, or when the government needs to once again distract Black America with the phoney version of self-hating "Black feminism" they have been peddling since they took over the Black feminist movement. |
