thought i'd lighten the mood, a mood swing if you will, what song wills you to swing in the mood, to swing your thing at will? in other words what songs do you, or have you used to get your freak on. lol... the first time i ever got any, the song that happened to be going in the background was "doo doo brown" by two dope brothers and a dog. all i can say is, i wasn't going to give her a chance to change her mind. |

No music was playing during my first time; other than the song in my heart. </corny> But the songs that always turn me on are Etta James' "At Last" and Prince's "Adore." |

I love those 2 songs, too, Urban-Scribe. I was a married with grown kids when "Adore" came out, so me and my daughters all loved it, and "At Last" dates waaaaay back to the late 1940s and I loved it then as well as the version Etta James later made. But I digress. Dobes, I've been wracking my brain ever since you posted this question and since it's been sooooo long ago I'm thinking that it was quite possibly a favorite song of my husband and I which was the original version of "Unforgettable" by Nat Cole, later sampled on his daugher Natalie Cole's exact same arrangement of this classic. In our later years, me and my man could always be put in a romantic mood by Marvin Gaye's "Let's Get It On." Ahh memories. |
