I had avoided all things associated with Osama Bin Laden and 9/11. I was sick of politicians slickly playing the 9/11 trump card for votes. Tired of ANYTHING Bin Laden.
But I went to the bookstore yesterday, and could not put it down!
I would recommend people, and ESPECIALLY women, to read Carmen Bin Ladin's life inside the Saudi Kingdom.
This is an eye-opening shocking, brave and heroic story about what it is like to live behind the veil in oppressive Arab society.
This is one of those books that don't go back on the shelf, but stay on the coffee table forever.
This is a book that one should DEFINITELY give a daughter to read!
