Somebody just emailed me the following pictures at my job. The subject line said, "saw your post on Thumpers Corner". Can anyone identify either of the males in the pictures? I'd like to report them to their ISP and get them banned. |

The chances of finding out who sent you this email are nil... Their faces are hidden pretty well. Just don't open email from senders you're not familiar with. |

You're not able to track the sender's ISP thru the e-mail header? There's no internet/computer security staff at your location? You couldn't contact your own ISP? You thought that you'd post these pix here because . . . we're a bunch of detectives and we know what the other posters here look like? Most normal people don't post their pix and their real identities on discussion forums - just attention starved people such as yourself or imposters thereof. I suggest that you put on your thinking cap and try a little harder. There was absolutely no valid reason for you to start this thread. |

Lola, And I don't see how you could compel their ISP to band them. At best, perhaps, your IT people could block their emailing you. Btw: How do you know either (or any) of the men in the pics are the ones who sent you the email(s)? |

"Can anyone identify either of the males in the pictures? I'd like to report them to their ISP and get them banned." Um, what are you thinking by asking us if we can identify any of the people in those pics? First of all, only the ISP of the poster can be identified by their IP address. Information about that IP address will only be given to a government or law enforcement agency via a legal warrant on a need to know basis (except for the government -Bush has let the NSA and FBI loose to do what they want). The IP that you and 99% of all of use is a DCHP IP address with a license on it that expires in X-amount of days. It is then subject to change. That is why when you turn your computer off for about a week and come back, go to your command prompt, type: ipconfig/all, and you will see your IP address, your DNS, DCHP and Default Gateway servers. Below that, you will see when your lease for your IP address is Obtained and when it Expires. Unless you have the money to pay for a static IP address, your IP address is subject to change. But regardless, they can still trace you via their DCHP servers. That is why if you have to send spam, threats or porno, run to your local coffee shop that offers free Internet or drive through your neighborhood with your laptop and tap into someones unsecured wireless router and do your dirty work -don't do it at home!. Ok,ok...enough of that. I have no idea why you think someone can be banned for sending or showing pics of people having sex. Unless it's done in the work place where there are very strict rules about porno and inappropriate e-mails (I've personally seen many people go down behind this -lost their job, discharged from the military or thrown in jail, it's no joke!!!!!), there is nothing you can do but delete it. Again, I have no idea why you posted those pics with the intent of hoping to identify someone in them and have their access to the internet revoked. But they do look like they are having fun. Can't hate for that. |
