Yvettep, THANKS, babe. Great article. Though it would have been even BETTER had it focused less on sheepskin and appointments and MORE upon concrete manifestations of Massey's and his proteges' education and works. |

Yvettep: "Hope this inspires you to go get that physics PhD you been talkin bout." You know, actually it does. They help prove that it's okay for a brotha to be math and science nerd. Hahahahaha!!! Thanks again for posting it. |

Thank you Ms. Yvettep! That was a wonderful read. I really liked it. I love seeing brothers and sisters stepping up to the hard physical sciences and math. We are sorely underrepresented in this field. A very good high school friend of mine went to Princeton. When in high school, he told everyone he wanted to be a nuclear physicist. Well, the brother man went to Princeton and did his graduate and PhD work at Cornell University. HE NOW HAS A PHD IN NUCLEAR PHYSICS! Very smart guy. We lost contact over the years but I often think about him. My other partner went to MIT. He later became a medical doctor. Bravo Zulu to all these very brilliant and accomplished brothers. Thanks again for the article. We need more like this.
