premature wrinkles on their skin
But seriously: do any of you consider white women to be generally more beautiful and accomplished than black women? Please be honest.
I actually think black women are generally more beautiful than white women. Even when black women are overweight, they often carry it well and look quite statueque and regal (example: Queen Latifah) rather than flabby and frumpy in a way that a white woman of a similar size might look |

I stated this in the other thread, the younger guys main reason for choosing White girls as mates is because they view them as being much more loyal and less money hungrey. And a few others will state that White women wear their real hair--and wish more Black women would do the same. |

Even though, Lil_ze can come across very insensitive he is right about most Black women not having long hair. They don't. It's not a bad thing to have short hair either.
Being that I have a lot of experience & knowledge about hair & hair weaves, plenty of Black women use extentions to add length to hair that they don't know how to grow. |

I know I'm not impressed with the stringy hair or pale skin. Nor the length or color of it, - it’s only 'hair' for Pete's sake. Only a hand full are attractive and only when very young. And personality wise they are as bitchy, vicious, cruel and fake as they come. It is their calculatingly cruel, narcissistic, racist maliciousness that I hate about whites. And nikkas that parrot them like Lil_ze and nfs represent the sick joke and hideous freak of nature that blacks who are intrigued with them turn into.

I believe its a myth that black women's hair "doesn't grow long". If their hair didn't keep growing, they wouldn't need to keep running to the salon every few weeks to touch up their perm. The problem with a lot of black women's hair is that they abuse it so much with harsh chemicals that it breaks off as quickly as it grows and therefore it <i> looks like their hair stays the same length forever and does not grow. when I stopped using chemicals in my hair it grew quite quickly to below shoulder-length. |

Usually black women do not have naturally long hair. If that was the case, blacks would stop buying products like "don't be bald", dog mane and stop wearing weave to add length. Before anyone says it I know that other races were weaves but i doubt they spend money and wear it like sistas do.
It's not a bad thing, just something that black women typical do not - but desperately want to - posess. |

Nope. It's not a myth. It's genetic. Not much you can do about it. Black women simply do not have the hair genes of say Filipina's (who have incredible of hair of any group -bar none!) or Latina's. But yes, black women’s hair does break off because of harsh chemicals. You are correct about that. But even without it, they simply don't have the genetic hair gene that others (whites, Asians, Indians, etc) have. Their hair is different. The hair follicles are flat which makes the hair nappy and brittle. Not saying it is a bad thing or judging it, just telling the truth (again).
However, the max length black women achieve with their hair without chemicals, is when they wear dreads (which I happen to like). I seen a woman two years ago who had them two inches above her ankles! True story. I never seen any woman or man with that length of hair!

Ntfs - I know that a lot of people THINK this but actually science has proven that black people's hair is capable of growing just as long as any other race's hair. The main things that make it LOOK as tho black women's hair isn't growing are 1. the fact that if its nappy textured it doesn't SHOW its length. It shrinks a lot, making it look shorter than it is and it also tends to grow out rather than down. 2. The chemical abuse and too-tight braiding which causes the hair to actually fall out and weaken.
As for black women having to usually wear weaves if they want long STRAIGHT hair, yes - that's usually true. It is pretty hard to grow your hair very long if you are perming it or pressing it because the damage these processes cause to the hair will ultimately make it break off or become "see-through"
At one point I grew my natural hair for about 4 years. It looked like a huge huge afro. One day I got it "pressed" at the salon just to see how long it really was. Once pressed it reached halfway down my back, well below my bra strap. And I'm a full-blooded nappy-headed black woman. One of my friends natural hair is similarly long. |

A lot of black women don't have long hair because they put so much crap in it...starting with OVERPROCESSING it with chemicals, and ending with all of the heat they use on it and tight braids that pull the hair.
I can bet you money that, barring your having an illness or being malnourished, if women wouldn't do all of the things they do to their hair, their hair could grow at least 5 inches in one and a half year...and that's if your hair grows slowly.
My hair is now bra strap length and grew from a crew cut in only 5 years. I have it texturized instead of relaxed straight (because I like the look of natural hair and didn't want it straight....and I had it texturized because I have nappy hair that you seriously can't get a comb into and detangle without a lot of pain), and I only get a touchup ONCE a year. I've only had this for two years. I hear that most women usually get a relaxer touched up EVERY SIX WEEKS. Now OF COURSE their hair isn't going to grow past their shoulders. |

Also, many black women use the WRONG things on their hair.....PETROLATUM JELLY AND GREASE ARE FOR LEGS, NOT HAIR.
If your hair is really dry, I would recommend Aloe or Shea Butter, or (my favorite) Shealoe. |

This is my third "head of hair". I cut my hair crew cut short three times, once when I was 19, once when I was 23, and the last time when I was 26. Each time it grew back to past my shoulders. I'm not doing that again. I'm short and have a short neck and short necked short girls really don't look good with short hair. |

Top 5 Black Hair Growth Myths
Why is it that black women have such a hard time growing lengthy locks? A lot of us haven't seen long hair since we were children. For many reasons; political, social, cultural; we have desired long hair. Black women don't have to struggle with growing our hair. The following 5 myths have contributed to the lack of hair growth in black women.
1. Black Women Can't Grow Hair: This is just an out and out lie. Do other ethnic groups have a genetic monopoly on long hair? Is there something special, or flawed, about black hair that prevents it from growing? Is there some funky gene tied to melanin that prevents hair growth? No, no, and no. Black women can grow hair. Black women do grow hair. Don't you have to go for a touch-up on your relaxer or color every 6 to 8 weeks? Then your hair is growing. The question is how to keep it on your head. Black hair has special needs and can't be treated like straight hair, which leads us straight to our other myth.
2. Only 'Mixed' Women Can Grow Hair: Another long-standing lie. There is a reason that mixed women tend to have longer hair. Sometimes, not all of the times, 'mixed' women have a looser curl. The looser the curl the more that it retains moisture. The more moisture it retains the less breakage occurs. Also, every bend in a curl is an opportunity for breakage. Looser curls have less bends than tight curls. The hair stays on the head and length is achieved. Tight, kinky curls are very dry. They require extra care and attention to achieve long lengths, but with proper cultivation they can grow just as long as looser curls.
3. Greasing the Scalp: This comes from the dryness of kinky hair. In an effort to give moisture the scalp is often coated with Vaseline or mineral oil. While natural oils are an integral part of a black hair growth regimen, petroleum jelly and mineral oil are not. These products coat the scalp and suffocate the hair follicle. Hair growth slows down and sometimes stops completely.
4. Dirty Hair Grows: This is another myth that arose out of the dryness of kinky hair. In an attempt to prevent the dryness we feel after shampooing, many of us stop washing our hair for 2 to 3 weeks at a time. Again, the scalp must be clear of debris for hair follicles to thrive and produce hair. Dirty hair is just that, dirty. And it doesn't grow any faster.
5. Relaxed Hair Can't Grow: Many of us have seen black women with long beautiful dreads and have drawn the conclusion that we must go natural to get length. Relaxed hair is much weaker than natural hair and will break faster. You will get length fast if you go natural. However, if relaxed hair is nurtured and cultivated it will grow just as long, just as fast, as natural hair. All you need to know is how.
These are the top 5 hair growth myths. Black women can grow their hair. We just need to be taught how to care for and nurture our hair.

I met a lady just yesterday with all natural hair near her waist. She's a natural hairstylist (yeah, one of those purist, vegan types). She said that if she starts doing my hair, she can teach me how to handle my hair without using chemicals at all. She said that most women who come to her with hair my length have texturizers because they like the natural look, but don't use the right products to keep their hair from tangling.
She uses ALL NATURAL products that have stuff in it like Grapefruit extract and Aloe Juice and tea tree oil, and her products smell really good (her mother makes it). I'm seriously thinking of going to her instead of the lady I was going to.
I'm really excited. Within 5 years, I want near waist length BUSHY hair.
In about a month, I'm going to go to her for a trim. She'll use her products on my hair. I'll let you all know what her products are like. She and her mother are thinking of mass producing soon. |

It's possible that, due to it's being "straightened" out with the braiding process, it just looks longer....but I don't know. I've never had braids or locs.
OR....an even better guess on my part....handling hair dries it out even more, as does just having your hair rub the pillow when you sleep. Maybe braided/locked hair just isn't manipulated enough to further dry it out.

Because you are not constantly tugging at, combing or otherwise disturbing your hair. It doesn't grow faster, it just stops breaking off and RETAINS its length. |

I don't understand the obsession with hair. Some people look ok with it and some don't. Others look better without it. -It covetous to obsess over dead cells. Very tightly curled or kinky hair as many full blacks possess is also fragile because of the curliness and it often breaks a lot easier making it tend to be shorter combined with the tight curls that make it look shorter than it is. Then if it is chemically processed or exposed to heat to straighten that just weakens it and causes it to break easier also, adding to the tendacy to be shorter. It's common sense. None of this has anything to do with a gene making it not grow; just the texture and curl that makes it look shorter, more fragile and break easier. Any health problems such as hormone imbalances and reactions of birth control or meds will also contribute to the fragility of very curly/kinky hair. When very healthy it is becoming in its own uniqueness and style. Straight textured or wavy hair will obviously look longer and tend to grow longer. |

I can't imagine white women having coarse hair, because the vast majority of them have wrinkled, cracked, dry, rough coarse faces. You cannot mix the two. I wear my hair as nappy as I wanna be some days. But I can get away with it; in fact, I make it look stylish. But if you do not have a nice face, you HAVE TO pay attention to your hair, keep it smooth or something. Some people NEED long/smooth hair. They need it to balance out the coarseness of their face and/or cover it up. That's why I think god gave them it for good reason. |

Ya know, it’s interesting you should say that because that is exactly what I’ve heard younger brothers say. A friend of mine in NYC is very hard on black women. His main complaint is that they are petty, beg too much and are always looking for a free meal ticket. He told me the white females he dates are much better informed of current events and politics, unselfish, open minded and his number one stickler, “they're not into drama and conflict like your average chicken head” (his words –not mine).
I talked to five brothers in the past month or so who exclusively date non-black women and the consensus among them is: 1. Black women are too hostile and thrive on conflict, 2. They have serious weight problems and refuse to take better care of their health issues, 3. They intensely dislike weaves and wigs, 4. Black women wear the most unflattering clothes. That was pretty much their concerns and dislikes.
Another thing that was interesting was all felt black women were sexually weak and closed minded. They said white women were much more sexually responsive and aggressive. What I thought was very interesting was that a least two of them stated white females were multiple-orgasmic and sexually more responsive. Interesting.....
One of them dates Asian women only. He is a hair freak and demands all of his women wear their hair long. I’ve seen his current girl friend who is half Filipino-Chinese and I must say, she is quite a dish. Very attractive and friendly. She is 5” 10’ (very tall for an Asian) and has beautiful long thick hair down to about three inches above her waist. What can ya say….?
So, that was pretty much the jest of what they said. So your thread compliments what these brothers told me. Definitely doesn’t sound good……

Any fool that doesn't have his head up his azz except a flat out liar knows that isn't true. Black men love to make such claims against bw to excuse using them, that’s all.
Ask any wm about all the court orders for alimony and child support they pay in addition to giving ww expensive homes and cars. Something very few bw have ever gained from a relationship with a bm. In fact I’ve seen more bm taking over homes from bw. When it comes to dishing out money to ww though, the same trend goes for many bm, who obviously don't have a problem being generous when it comes to non black women. But hypocritically accuse bw of being the ones who are gold diggers just for asking them to pay child support or expecting anything of them at all.
Based upon the child support and other court orders I've seen, ww receive FARRRR more generous compensation then bw ever dreamed of – and they expect it, while there are many bw getting something like $10 or $20 a month for child support from bm who don't even want to pay that much. And I've seen how ugly, vicious and demanding ww get when it comes to getting money they feel is due them from a man; they don’t mess around, and they’ve got plenty of aggressive lawyers and judges willing to back them up- so you are damn sure lying about that one.
And as far as sexual response is concerned, you can’t have it both ways. Any other time They’re calling bw baby making whores, now they are frigid and not sexual enough. The way you nikkas show scorn and contempt toward bw while talking shyt about how every other woman is more valuable and desirable then they are how do you expect them to feel?
Can bm not think about a damn thing black BUT THEMSELVES and how to better go about kissing out cracka azz hole. These stupid azz redneck nikkas need to be ashamed of themselves for lying about bw like that.

They don't, Shemika. The guys who were making these comments were ages 18-20, some a little older, who live in the inner city. These "boys" haven't accumulated any wealth in their short lives to even attract golddiggers--so issues like this don't even concern their young behinds. It seems as if they are just mimicking negative stereotypes that they've heard about Black women through television and music or possibly what older family members have said.
And all the special attention they receive from White girls when they go to clubs are really gassing their heads up. At first I thought they were just exaggerating the circumstances but it appears to be really true how desirable Black men are becoming to non-Black women. Sometimes I'm shocked when I hear one of the most fugliest and lamest Black guy boast about how a group of White girls gush over how "fine" he is. |

if these black females are getting 10 or 20 dollars a month in "child support" from "black men". then this is what they deserve. nobody "forced" then to have sex with these "deadbeats". this is the "bed" that these black women have made for themselves. now they must lay in it.maybe they should learn how to not "hop" in bed so easily.

I agree, it is quite shocking. I talked to a young brother this evening at the gym and he had a very interesting story to tell. The brother has a very well developed muscular physique. Big guy, 6”4’ and about 255-260 lbs (I’m guessing). Not a very good looking guy but he has a very easy going demeanor, very articulate and loves to laugh. Anyway, he told me black women will not give him the time of the day. He likes black women but they don’t seem to like him. However, white girls love him! He told me the white girls were much more friendly, easy to get to know and did not have the defensiveness and hostility that black women have. Surprisingly, unlike some other brothers, he never said anything harsh or degrading about black women. He just resigned the situation to the fact that black women and he were not a good match. Done deal. His current girl friend is a Navy girl, about 6” tall, blond, tan, very attractive and super friendly and built like a thick fitness model (when the two were working out, every brother in the gym was high fiving each other and drooling at her –believe me!). Bottom line is this, because of his looks, black women were not particularly attracted to him but this white girl treats him like a king. What is he supposed to do?

I only dated black women all my life.
I never had much problem with them. We always got along great.
Most of them were medium brown in complexion with pressed hair or a relaxer style. They all had ass.
Once or twice I had a "light-skint" girlfriend. They were very nice but I always preferred a woman with more coloring.
I dated a really dark skinned chick from Barbados in college. I had sex with a fine I mean FOINE ass Jet black girl in high school but she had "self-hateration issues" and sex was about all you could get from her. She hated everybody for supposedly looking down on her which some people did but the truth is I thought she was fine as hell.
I had sex with a white girl who was at my cousin's house one time and she basically let us run a train on her. That was in high school. I had sex with an Indian girl in college but she thought I was lucky to have her. She was better than me in her mind. I dated a second white girl but my ex girlfriends (the sistas) started clowning me about her being fat so I dumped the fat white girl and got with an African sista, but she was too bowing and traditional for my tastes. Had to be chaperone just to visit her and her parents sizing me up.
I had sex with twin black girls one time! Nice fine ass thick fine ass sistas too! I had to pay cash, but hey.
My current girlfriend is my very first to have natural hair. She wears an afro and huge earrings all the time. She's almost dark brown, but kind of tea-ish too. She can only cook "pork chop sandwiches" and got ass for days.
I don't know what it is about me and black women. Seem like we just love each other.

People that have blond hair naturally are usually very pale and in my opinion not particularly attractive. Also, I personally think dark brown eyes/ black eyes are a lot more natural looking than blue or green eyes. Moreover, long hair is not a signifier of attractiveness – there are plenty of ugly people with long hair and attractive people with short hair. None of these ways of assessing beauty are objective as they are influenced by white supremacist ideology.
