If Whoopi did that shame on her. Like you said, she made up that name (Whoopi was supposed to be like Whoopie cushion because she was so flatulent--it's true. Look it up) and Goldberg--well she ain't no Goldberg. I think she was trying to curry favor with that segment of our population.

Some might say if there's anyone who knows anything about ugly, it's Whoopi.
'Least that's what SOME might say.
I can't help chuckling over Whoopi (allegedly) slamming Kola, though, seeing as how Kola's such a huge Alice Walker fan and Whoopi portrayed the central figure in the movie version of Walker's "The Color Purple".

Well, I'd think that Kola would want to become notorious on her own, ABM. LOL BTW, who's worse? Bobby or Osama? And as far as Whoopi goes, her talkin about Kola is free publicity; something to take the public's mind off of Jon Benet. Dave Letterman once again made reference to Osama and Whitney last night, showing a spliced clip of them singing a duet of "Saving All My Love For You", and he mentioned Kola's book but persisted in referring to her as Osama's love slave. And today, a Chicago Sun-Times gossip columnist devoted 3 paragraphs to this subject, ending with a reminder that Kola formerly wrote of DOOL. It's really surreal. Why? Because the book has been out for months and sudddenly all of this erupts. And I "know" Kola. You Go, Girl!! |

One minute I'm sick, dusting my livingroom----next minute my horses are acting up----which causes me to spot strange men (reporters) coming up the road, and there I am---barechested with a SHOTGUN aimed at the most the frightened, shocked White boys you EVVA saw!!
I knew damned well NBC wasn't about to run that shit on national t.v. (though they originally showed me with my chest CLOUDED over).
All because of Whitney's ass.

david letterman made a joke about whitney, kola, and osama too ... i just put 2 and 2 together to realize what he was talking about, mainly because my channel changer ran outta batteries and i actually had to change the channels with my hand. i know, i can't believe it either ... that shiznit is way beyond old school. |
