Pimp gets life plus 99 years

A pimp has been sentenced to life in prison, plus 99 years.
He forced a 14-year-old girl to have sex for money in several different cities and the FBI finally tracked him down in Houston.

Nearly every night child prostitutes can be found working the streets in southwest Houston.
For some unexplained reason, there is a high demand there, so for the last two years FBI agents Pat Fransen and Vanessa Walther and HPD have hit the streets, too.
They worked to arrest those responsible, including 34-year-old Gabriel Prudholm, who Friday was sentenced by a Harris County jury to life plus 99-years in prison.
“It sends a significant message to pimps in Houston that if you come here and work children you have significant penalties,” said Fransen.
Investigators found Prudholm in an apartment complex after his 14-year-old prostitute was arrested while working at Bissonnet and Beltway 8.
“He picked her up in Phoenix, took her throughout the entire United States, prostituted her in numerous cities. I believe we totaled that she had been arrested more than 16 time,” said Fransen.
The FBI says she always gave authorities a fake adult name, paid a fine and then was released.
But this time a local judge knew something was up and threatened the child with perjury.
“The child decided to tell the truth. Provided us with some information that we were able to verify through her guardians in Phoenix that she was a child. She was 14 at the time,” Fransen said.
She was treated as a victim who testified against her pimp.
“The victim testified that the defendant had beat her when she violated his pimp rules. He burned her, he raped her, he called her all kinds of names,” said prosecutor Paula Goodheart.
She is now off the streets and is in therapy in Phoenix.
“I am happy and proud that we were able to give her a voice in the courtroom that the jury believed her testimony and they did the right thing by finding the defendant guilty,” Goodheart said.

Hey. I ain't even for pimpin'. Especially not kids. But, hell, foks who commit premeditated MURDER frequently don't get anywhere NEAR that kinda time.
Dude mustah forgot to bribe the right cops, prosecutors and judges.
PS: He kinda favors Bobby Brown. I wonder whether they're related. |

I mean, again: I ain't about no pimping of any kids.
But this sure is one crazya$$ world where a pimp can get a life sentence while a mofos who'd done +10,000 TIMES the amount of damage he's done can be re-elected president. |
