6. Stripping
If you're shy about stripping and you don't want nobody to see your body, you'll probably have to go to a white club or something like that where they won't know you. I done caught a lot of hoes that act like they all that up in the white clubs, stripping. Stripping is the all-time favorite past time for girls when they're tryin to get money.

Those checks from the government ain't "lil".
I knew girls in MS who would get a free apartment, government money, and food stamps (about 150 per child a month or so, I think). And the government doesn't usually try to get child support from the dads. The men usually lived WITH the women while they got all that stuff.
But, that's a stupid list.....
HOWEVER, I have wanted to bartend before....but that's just because I want to know how to mix drinks. I can't drink stuff "straight up" and like "girlie drinks" and want to know how to make my own. |

Black women treat their men like KINGS, we have a problem with treating them like BABIES.
What black woman do you know DOESN'T have her husband's food waiting for him and his house cleaned and his clothes ironed when he gets home?

ABM, you must have forgot about "ME" and Thomas when we were together.
A man could not live in my house and not be treated that way. I know of FEW "African" immigrant women who live any OTHER way, even the feminist college instructors.
And Thomas has that now with his young Jamaican love.
ALSO...I know at least 4 "BLACK AMERICAN" women who are the same way, but they are very Christian type wives and not the kind of women that "Brothas" would notice much anymore. But they do EXIST.
What I have noticed....MORE....is that "Black American" women are not given the OPPORTUNITY to be this way (Black American men make EXCUSES for why they can't choose a Black woman, and it's usually bullshit lies---they won't give a black woman a CHANCE, but they will other types). Black Women are "Human Beings" who just want to be loved, accepted and appreciated, my brother.
Additionally, it takes a working man, committed to a relationship, to provide such a situation----I know MANY Black American women who would LIKE to take care of a man if they could be "chosen" and respected.

Sorry. I was thinking about those with whom I have had some physical contact.
Although, you're probably the ONLY reasonably Americanize woman I know of any type who does that.
As you reference to, I know some African and other immigrant women who do some-to-most of those things.
Now. I'm not asserting that a woman should and must do such things. And if she does, she shouldn't have to do such if she sincerely does not want to.
But the degree and likelihood that African American women treat African American men like Kings is very LOW and INFREQUENT.
Whether the men, theorectically, deserve such...or not.
PS: I have friend who's immigrated from India. His wife prepared almost every meal he ate - breakfast and dinner - while she was doing her medical school residency. He tried to get her to stop. But she refused to because she consider herself a failure as wife and woman if she does not. |

I explain (SHOW), in my autobiography, why we feel this way.
I also told you about my Kenyan girlfriend---feeling like a failure because she didn't produce a boy child.

I think Black men and Black women are trapped in a vicious cycle of hatred of self and that manifest in hatred of each other.
I'm not asserting that Black men should be lionized by Black women. But let me ask you 2 questions:
A) Do you HONESTLY believe other women dote on their men because the men always deserve such?
or
B) Do they see such to be a duty that, perhaps, has nothing to do with with whether the men deserve such?
I wager it is at least as much if not MORE the affirmative of the latter question as or than it is that of the former. |

Black men should and WOULD be lionized by black women if inspired love in their own women.
I can tell you one thing, ABM, that you KNOW is fact:
The average White woman in this country wakes up each morning, believing that she is cherished, desired and loved by BLACK men----even if she doesn't know any---because black men MADE IT THAT WAY.
The average Black Woman in this country wakes up trying to push from her mind, the constant wondering of why her father abandoned her, why black men hiss and cut their eyes at her, why nothing she ever does is right. Why every message she gets from black men in media (positions of power) is that she's INATELY (by nature) a defective, worthless representative of womankind.
Of course, in BLACK AMERICA, it's the inner thoughts and feelings of the ENDANGERED BLACK BOY that we study and appraise to no end. We could give a shit about little black girls, because we don't see any need for "BLACK" people in the first place.
I already know ABM....that as your daughters grow up and begin their love lives, you are going to SEE a lot of what I state---and my only consolation is that you won't be the type to blame your girls.
It really doesn't matter how sweet, kind, adoring, compliant your child is---she's black---and she will get the LOWER of the barrel to begin with, BECAUSE OF THAT, and because most of us ADULTS have accepted the society the way it is.
And you will begin to SEE what I am telling you about "Black men" not WANTING the treatment you describe from....their own women.
You can't love and cater to a man if he won't let you, ABM.
