this post is kind of a continuation of the ciara-rihanna thread, but i have some new comments to make.
in response to some of the dumb-ass comments made by some of the posters i have this to say.
first off, there is NO effort or conditioning of or by black men to "breed" themselves into a lighter or whiter form. this is pure nonsense. we see a handful of black people on television and some of us make statements that imply that this is what is going on with ALL of our people. where is the proof that black men are trying to "breed" themselves out or turn themselves into a lighter version? it is just so stupid to say something like that. most black men are in relationships with other black women. these relationships will produce black children of every shade (most of then being brown skin).
kola boof made a statement about ciara, that she is saying "look how inferior i am, but she doesn't know it". again, how stupid. how could anyone know if ciara is somehow saying she is inferior? why, because she has a certain hairstyle she's saying she's inferior? oh yeah, ciara doesn't know she is saying she's inferior, but some 3rd worlder from some far off land knows what ciara is feeling, thinking, or saying (directly or indirectly).
kola boof also said that keisha cole "wants so desperately to be white". why because her hair is colored, she wants to be white? how could anyone know this?
keisha cole and ciara are both black. there is not one uniform look to our people. india (ugly) arie is no more black than ciara is. so what difference does it make if ciara gets more publicity? ciara and keisha cole are both better looking than india (ugly) arie or fantasia. im glad that ciara and keisha cole get more spotlight than india (ugly) arie. id rather look at attractive black women than ugly ones.
also can we please stop with the "she's dark skinned so she's more beautiful foolishness. ciara,beyonce, and keisha cole are all WAY better looking than india (ugly) arie or fantasia. but some of the posters on this board love to say someone is more attractive or beautiful just because they are darker. this is nonsense. dark skin does not equal beauty. just as light skin doesn't equal beauty. i do know there isn't an honest man (who is in his right mind) who could say india (ugly) arie is more attractive than ciara. no way. ciara just looks too good. and keep in mind these are ALL black women. |

semperfemme, i really don't understand your post. but in response i will say, that having pride in your nation or people has ZERO to do with the kkk or anything else. it has everything to do with love for your people. jewish children are taught from birth that they are god's chosen people. they are taught that they are different, distinct, and above all nations on the planet earth. now, my point is that when people have pride in themselves, and know they are special, the sky is the limit for that people. as long as our people (the ones who's ancestors were brought to the new world on slave ships, and scattered throughout north, south, central america, and the west indian islands) continue to be lost concerning their identity. we can never move forward as a nation. as long as our people continue to think (erroneously) that the nations in africa are our brothers, or that we descend from the dark nations in africa, we can never be mentally free. our people are not some "watered-down" version of the africans. we are a racially distinct, special nation. i have no problen declaring our superiority. but sadly, many of our people don't want to be special. we don't want to be superior (which we are). we are so mentally destroyed we would rather look at other nations (the dark races in africa), and try to align ourselves with them. some of our people are in such a low,dark mental state, that they want to be thought of as a "watered-down", impure version of the african. racial pride is one of the keys to mental liberation. understanding our superiority has nothing to do with the kkk. it has everything to do with love for your people. let's TRY and have some pride in ourselves. we don't have to look toward africa or the africans to know who we are, we only have to look in the mirror. the dark nations is the land called africa did not spawn us or create us. we are a distinct special people. the land called africa is 3 times the size of the united states. just because some (many of our people came to the united states from europe as freemen. read the book "before the mayflower" by lerone bennett) of our people dwelt in the land called africa, does not mean we are the same racial group as the africans. there are many different racial groups on the planet earth who have dark skin and the same texture of hair, but they are different races. in the land mass known as africa, there are atleast 5 different racial groups, all having dark skin and similar texture hair. our people have dark skin, but it is clear that we are a distinct racial group (and this is not due to race mixing or any of the other LIES the enimies of our people would like us to believe). ive said before, even the white man knows the difference between our people and the dar nations that dwell in africa. the dark nations in africa understand that we are NOT their people. the sad thing is many of our people don't know, and continue to ignorantly look to the africans for some kind of approval or acceptance. can we please wake up and learn the truth! |
