A couple weeks ago, you asked about a good alternative for flaxseed. Sorry I didn't respond on that thread --it totally slipped my mind. Anyway, look into taking fish oil. It's the animal source of omega-3 (flaxseed is the veg source). A great company is Nordic Naturals! Don't buy it from a supermarket like Albertsons, Safeway, Giant, Food Lion etc.. Make sure you purchase it from a store like Whole Foods Market or Wild Oats, because purity is extremely important! Many supermarket/drug store formulations are full of heavy metals and other pollutants! Also, look for a "balanced" formulation --one that contains omega 3's, 6's, and 9's. I hope this helps you!
