How does one claim to be a Christian or Muslim when both enslaved, brutalized and exploited Africans in the name of said religions?
To argue that this was the work of men and nations not Jesus and Allah is one way out! But, I've been told that the only way to God is through Christ, right?
Well, did all people go to hell before they were colonized and enslaved by Muslims or Christians?

both christianity and islam originate from africa....nuff said
i get so sick and tired of hearing that Christianity is the white mans religion when JESUS CHRIST was black...plus, people should know by now that its not the religion that's messed up....its alot of the people who follow the religion who are messed up. |

I agree Fortified. When I see to these "pimps in the pulpit" on T.V I just think that this is exactly what the white man wants. Religion is just another method he used to control his slaves. And it is being perpetuated today. It makes me laugh to see these black ppl jump up and down and holler to their image of a blonde haired, blue eyed Jesus. |

Almost all vintage of human nationality, religion, creed and color has practiced some form of human bondage and subjugation. Perhaps the only major difference between Whites and everyone else is White foks garnered considerably more MONEY and POWER off the shyt. |

Well. I've never read the Koran. But I don't actually recall an anti-slavery chapter and verse of the Bible. I mostly recall the Bible saying master should treat his slaves well. And there are other dictates about foks obeying Caesar or the ruling order. So I don't know whether that qualifies as an endorsement of slavery. But it sure don't appear to be an indictment of such.
But my primary view is those with power will create and use any/every means to affect their desired agenda. And that INCLUDES Christianity, Judaism, Islam, [Hari Chrisners], hell, Klingon if the shyt WORKS. |
