I much as I admire Barry Bonds for his talent. He is very obnoxious and arrogant. I was watching an interview with him last night on ESPN. He was bragging about his half-black kids and how they weren't fully black so they could choose whatever race they wanted to be. Why does the media highlight BM with such "Niggerish" attitudes? |

Bonds has been a jackass for a long, long time. He's an embarrassment. Whatever happened with the allegations of the steroids or HGH he was supposedly using? Is that under investigation? The brother looks kind of stupid lately (in an unnatural way) and I believe he's used those.
How can the Commission allow him to continue playing and give his scores any merit. I know that Babe Ruth drank alcohol but he holds his records fair and square. Likewise with Hank Aaron. Why is Bonds' behavior condoned? |

Hmmmm. So you're saying, Dobey, that Bonds taking performance enhancing drugs is acceptable to you? BTW, not here to defend Babe Ruth, I was just saying that he achieved his records by playing fair. I don't believe he controlled race relations and who did what during that era. Just played the game to the best of his abilities from what I can tell. |

The pic confirms that the man is confused. Instead of leading the children to believe that they can choose to be some other race, he ought to instill Black pride into them. He isn't even setting the example by being a strong Black man. Bonds sucks! He doesn't even deserve to be a professional athlete. Let's add him to our shizit list! |

mzuri i'm not here to defend bonds, but i will say this george mikan was the best basketball player ever at one point in time ... until they let the brothers start playing. i just have a hard time giving anyone props from that era when it wasn't fair competition then (the negro league all stars beat the shit out of the all white new york yankees who where the champs at that time ... so who knows if the babe would have been thrird anyways).
barry bonds has been known to be a pure 100% asshole, any woman who wants to put up with him is an angel in hr own right ... or will do anything for the cashola. |
