I just saw this film last night. Even tho it was a fictionalized story, parts of it reminded me of the book "Charlie Wilson's War" (about the US financing of the Afghans when they were fighting the Soviets). Powerful and disturbing movie. I think the parts about Africa could have been put in better context--and some of those depictions were not without problems. But in general I found it to be well done, including the family dynamics between the Cage character and his brother. Anyone else see it? |

I haven't seen this picture but as a rabid "Lord of the Rings" fan, its title commands my attention. LOL. Seriously, I believe this movie is available on the On Demand roster of my cable TV. Maybe I'll check it out. |

YvetteP you have to admit that the opening film credits mixed in with the life of the bullet was slick! i gave it 5 out of 10... with 10 being the highest. YveteP there haven't been too many good movies that have come out lately. |
