Hey Y'all. I was over at CafePress to setup some graphics merchandise and I noticed that they have a print on demand service where you submit your text (an MS Word document) and they print it into a book for you. There's no setup fee and it looks affordable. They have various size books with three types of binding - saddle stitch, spiral and perfect bound. So for anyone that's self-publishing, needs only a few copies printed or wants their items shipped direct to their customer, this might be an option for you.
