For you children out there: Bern Nadette played Thelma Evans in Good Times a popular sitcom from the early 70's, which featured a all Black cast. I ran into Ms. Stanis at the Capitial BookFest a couple of weekends ago. She was signing her new book "Situations 101"; a book that offers advice on relationships. I have to tell you the photo below does not do her justice. She looks good and, refreshingly, has a personality to match.
