Emanuel, I like both sites. However, one of my joys remains making a trip to a brick-and-mortar bookstore and milling about for several hours. My local B&N has a coffee shop inside. It's simply heaven... Anyway, as a result of my love for the store, I have a discount card. I can also use that card on-line, so sometimes get a book through BN.com over amazon.com. But in general, I have gotten excellent customer service at both sites. |
